All I have to say what a difference this property has made! Ever since the new maintenance supervisor Francisco came in property has been super clean. He explained with detail that there were a lot of work orders but that I am on the list to do them and he did! Property looks super clean now. Now I see them(maintenance) cleaning and sweeping rock every single day. Very big difference from previous pictures. Nothing like it was 1 month ago for sure! Great job guys!

I'm a tenant here and I can say management here progressively gets worse and worse. I have had several issues with Rent payments. Brian from the office Went as far as telling me to guess what my Rent is for one month and I was not ammused. The pool hasn't been open the whole 5+ years I lived here but dont worry, they will still charge you for these things. when the new company came in (chamberlin) they did a "mandatory" inspection of the units that to my surprise included looking in my cabinets as if what food i eat is their business. When asked about the broken gates they said they were told they had been broken for awhile (as if that makes a difference) and were waiting for permission to get it fixed. Your tenants that pay rent are giving permission, Who else could you need permission from to fix what the tenants are paying for? The gym (if you can call it that) is a graveyard of broken equipment. The dog park is a health hazard as is the play area. Cars have been broken into and stolen, kids tag on the walls, climb on the roof of buildings and the car ports, break into mailboxes, run their bikes into cars, and throw rocks at tenants windows and nothing is done about it. But my biggest issue is the pure disregard for tenants but obvious attempt to sell a pipe dream to new unsuspecting victims, i mean tenants. It's not like this is a high desired area to start with so it's not like yall are giving a line of people tours so why is it so hard to get it together, fix what needs to be fixed, and answer the damn phone! Like clock work we are coming into a new month and there is an issue with the rent and the people chamberlin and associates picked to occupy the desks are no where to be found. >>>>>>> Updated review: The new office manager is great. Since working with JUST her on my concerns things have significantly improved. Each time working with her she has been an amazing help and pleasant to interact with.

I have lived here for over a year and can confirm it is one of the nicer apartment complexes in the area. The price is standard for the bonus of washer and dryer in unit. Grounds are kept up reasonably and their office staff is pretty easy going and accommodating.

I don't understand some of the reviews, some are mad that their application were denied, and calling the woman in the office "fat Mexican" just because she was busy. I'm looking for a more updated reviews from tenants and not from random interested inquiries. scorpions I think are everywhere in Nevada because this is desert, my be in high end condos like Veer and Vdara there's none, but rents are impossible. I think as long as the neighborhood is safe and amenities are complete, AC and electricity I hope are addressed urgently. I was there today to visit a unit, its very spacious and clean, I am more careful of the neighbors and what type of people lives there. For me, seems like its a great place to live, lots of trees and spacious area to walk and get fresh air. Very near in china town and the strip. I might fill out the application this week. Thank you Rosa for taking so much time to show me and being patient. I've been watching her since I got there at 4pm and so many people with simple concerns and she addressed them all! there's even one kid crying in her office because her mom just left her outside without her knowledge where her mom is and she has no phone or house keys . Her mom's name was not in the lease but Rosa was very kind enough to find a way under which name the apartment is, seems like her mom"s bf! When the mother arrives, no thank you to Rosa or not even bothered about her daughter . but I saw Rosa's face almost red because she's so worried about the young girl, she gave her chocolates and some juice!
