I visited two other properties and this was the third on my list which I wish was my first after finding out that this property was pet and kid friendly. Definitely made my day. The young lady Carmen took us on a tour and answered all our questions. Very clean. Very quiet. Can't wait to move in. Thank you.

Have been living here for a few months! Staff is very nice and it’s well maintained. Carmen has been very helpful and she’s always making the office look amazing! Love her balloon archs, makes me feel welcomed! (:

Allora at spring valley is the best place to call home if you are a dog mommy like me, they welcomed my furry babies and made the whole process so smooth, they have a young lady named Carmen I believe that made me feel right at home from the moment she said hello. If you want a nice place to live and not costing an arm and a leg this is definitely the place. Thank you to all the staff at Allora especially Carmen for welcoming us.

I want to give a huge shout out to CARMEN, I was relocating to Las Vegas and was scared out of my socks but after being greeted by her and she began to explain to me how the process would work I felt so much more at ease but what really closed the deal was the tour what a beautiful to call home. Thank you again Carmen for making this over thinker feel at ease.

Carmen has been a huge help, looking for an apartment can be stressful but she was so kind, patient, and informative that it made it such a hassle free experience. I’ve been at Allora for a year and let me tell you, Bryan is my go-to in the office! He has helped me with everything from setting up my resident portal to maintenance issues. He is patient and communicates thoroughly with me every step of the way. Living somewhere that has a great team and office that care about their residents really makes a difference. Highly recommend living here!
