I don't understand some of the reviews, some are mad that their application were denied, and calling the woman in the office "fat Mexican" just because she was busy. I'm looking for a more updated reviews from tenants and not from random interested inquiries. scorpions I think are everywhere in Nevada because this is desert, my be in high end condos like Veer and Vdara there's none, but rents are impossible. I think as long as the neighborhood is safe and amenities are complete, AC and electricity I hope are addressed urgently. I was there today to visit a unit, its very spacious and clean, I am more careful of the neighbors and what type of people lives there.
For me, seems like its a great place to live, lots of trees and spacious area to walk and get fresh air. Very near in china town and the strip. I might fill out the application this week. Thank you Rosa for taking so much time to show me and being patient. I've been watching her since I got there at 4pm and so many people with simple concerns and she addressed them all! there's even one kid crying in her office because her mom just left her outside without her knowledge where her mom is and she has no phone or house keys . Her mom's name was not in the lease but Rosa was very kind enough to find a way under which name the apartment is, seems like her mom"s bf!
When the mother arrives, no thank you to Rosa or not even bothered about her daughter . but I saw Rosa's face almost red because she's so worried about the young girl, she gave her chocolates and some juice!
